 Misty Mountain Land Company, Inc. was
founded in 1984 by Alan and Cathy Schabilion.
In the years since, we have helped hundreds
of people buy and sell property in our area.
We are members of the Yancey Mitchell
Multiple Listing Service and can sell any
property available in the area. Buyer agency
is available. We specialize in honest,
friendly service, and we’re always ready to
assist with your real estate or information

Our office is located at beautiful Emerald
Village on McKinney Mine Road just outside of
Little Switzerland. Because we are a small
office covering a large area, we recommend calling
ahead for an appointment.
